a popular mnemonic of the environmental movement is reduce/reuse/recycle/reject. reuse requires us to approach everyday decisions from a use-value perspective, which is in opposition to our collective upbringing. scrapcycle asks: what if we tinker with the exchange-value of discarded materials and found-items? what can we learn from this?
